DESCRIPTION:Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST)\nThe purpose of the ILST course is to teach Scouts with leadership positions about their new roles and how to most effectively reach success in that role. It is intended to help Scouts in leadership positions within their troop understand their responsibilities and to equip them with organizational and leadership skills to fulfill those responsibilities. ILST is the first course in the series of leadership training offered to Scouts and is a replacement for Troop Leadership Training. Completion of ILST is a prerequisite for Scouts to participate in the more advanced leadership courses National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) and the National Advanced Youth Leadership Experience (NAYLE).

Please note that Scoutmaster\, Life to Eagle Advisor or the Scout’s parents or other relatives are not permitted to serve on the Board. The Troop (Committee Chair or Scoutmaster or Life to Eagle Advisor) should recruit members to serve on the review committee. There will be an on-field parade with the Scouts prior to the game. \nPatches can be picked up from the Guest Services booth across from Section 111. \nA portion of the tickets will go to support the Scouts \nTickets must be purchased by May 10th\, 2025 by 11:59pm \nParade Instructions: Line up by 2:30pm at the ramp across from Section 135. \nTickets are subject to availability and tickets purchased for the purpose of being resold are subject to cancellation and refund by the Atlanta Braves.
