Venturing is an inclusive program through the Boy Scouts of America for males and females aged 14-20 (or 13 and completed the 8th grade). This is a list of crews in the Hightower Trail District in the Atlanta Area Council. Crews are both Male and Female.

Key Three
Within each Venturing Crew is a group of volunteers that are key to the success of the unit. The positions are commonly referred to as the Key Three. For Venturing Crews, the following are key three positions:
The Venturing Crew Advisor works with the youth leaders to help ensure success, safety, and personal growth for all members of the Venturing Crew.
The Crew Committee Chair is appointed by the chartered organization to see that all committee functions are carried out. The Crew Committee Chair appoints and supervises the unit committee and unit leaders and organizes the committee to see that all committee responsibilities are delegated, coordinated and completed.
The primary responsibilities of the chartered organization representative are to help units be successful and to provide coordination between the chartered organization and Scouting America. Every chartered organization representative is encouraged to become an active, participating member of one of the district’s committees.
