While using the interactive map you can zoom in and out to see all the packs, troops and crews. Some locations have more than one unit type, which will only be seen as you zoom in. Click on the icon of the unit you wish to learn more about and the slider will display additional information.
The Direction icon at the top will provide directions from your location to the unit of interest.
The Full Screen icon will display the interactive map full screen.
The unit is a group of scouts. Within the Hightower Trail district there are three unit types.
The units are:
Scouts BSA and is the traditional Scouting experience for youth in the fifth grade through high school (11-17 year old).
Cub Scouts is the Scouting experience for youth in kindergarten through fifth grade (5-10 years old).
Venturing is an inclusive program through the Boy Scouts of America for males and females aged 14-20 (or 13 and completed the 8th grade).
